VA Dashboard 2.1 Release notes

v.2.1, released June 8th, 2011

Overview 

Release notes 2.1 communicates with customers and clients of an organization detailing the changes or enhancement made to the features of service or product the company provides.

What's new in the dashboard?

 Process Related Enhancements

  • ·         Admitted VS Non Admitted requirement to the current dashboard.

 Trending

  •  Dispatched  / Received admitted and non admitted split-up links are provided.

  •          Drilldown on  list files dispatched and received.

 

  • ·         Daysout forecast :  Rating --> Days in advance --> New Business/ Renewal --> Forecast. This navigation  will provide us the detail on how man files are listed( Range is in between (0-30, 30-50, 50-70, 70-90)

 

  • ·         Error trending based on percentage with RCA for the current year till May 2011.

Known Bugs

Web Application

  • All browsers - Pages will overlap on the projector screen at this pixel 1028 x 786 
  • JPATH Component Error shows up in the browser. We can overcome by clearing the cache or using different browser

  • Please refresh the pages which consist of multiple charts once.

Mobile Portal

  • The app is compatible only with phones having iOS (Apple devices), android phones and black berry phones with OS version 6 and
  • The contact us page does not submit and does not redirect

  • The link provided at the bottom of the pages for rating, issuance and errors does not maintain continuity of session. User has to log in once again. Also this link is not supported on phones that do not support flash player as all graphs on info captor are flash based.
